My Guarantee

I guarantee all of my work for craftsmanship. 

In the first year, if you experience any problems due to defects in craftsmanship, I will refund or replace your item.  After the first year, I will replace the item.

This excludes normal wear and tear, or items that have been improperly used or improperly cared for.

Any item (excluding custom work) can be exchanged in the first 30 days, as long as the item is in its original condition and unused.  Except in cases of defects of craftsmanship, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Custom work is not eligible for a refund.
